Description
- We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional ready to transition into a managerial role.
- The HR Manager Trainee position is designed for individuals with solid HR experience, strong leadership potential, and a desire to take on greater responsibility in managing people and processes.
- This role offers the opportunity to develop managerial capacity while actively supporting and overseeing key HR functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and gradually take on oversight of daily HR operations
- Assist in Payroll, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Supervise HR and administrative staff, ensuring efficiency and accountability
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and discipline
- Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution
- Coordinate staff welfare and engagement initiatives
- Work closely with management to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Prepare HR reports and support decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master`s preferred)
- 4 - 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
